"Stop the madness," says Lennox Lewis in regards to the fight we all want (Pacquiao vs. Mayweather). Who of us can't remember how long fans craved and called out for Mike Tyson vs. Lennox Lewis? At the time, the two were juggernauts of the sport and fought on rival networks. Yet, somehow they managed to pull it off, perhaps years too late, but they did vs. one another. In doing so, the two of them smashed PPV records and such - 1.95 million pay-per-view buys.
Quick refresher on Lewis vs. Tyson: The Pyramid in Memphis, Tennessee, with 47 seconds left in the 8th round; Lewis hammered Tyson with a right cross, knocking down Tyson who was eventually counted out by the referee at the 2:25 mark. The fight was named Ring Magazine Knockout of the Year '02.

So that leads us to the fight we all want from this generation: Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao.
Lewis, quoted recently in the media wants the two to "stop the madness" and hammer out a fight for the fans... and he wants it this year, 2015.
Regarding Mayweather vs. Pacquiao, the retired undisputed champ stated: "There's a few fights I want to see in 2015, but Mayweather-Pacquiao is still top of my list."
Lewis went on to add: "Stop the madness and make it happen".
No kidding, right?! The "Madness" has gone on far too long.
