According to Ricky Burns' manager, Alex Morrison, Burns' may be headed to Las Vegas for his next fight.
If all goes according to plans, Burns could be headed to the MGM Grand in Nevada sometime in the spring.
At this time, no dates or opponents have been named, but media reports indicate Burns could be facing off against Rances Barthelemy.
Morrison would not confirm Barthelemy as Burns' next opponent, but did clarify that there are advance negotiations and they are close to announcing Burns' next bout and opponent.
"We're in advanced talks but have yet to sign the deal - we're close though," Morrison stated through the media.
