According to Nielsen TV Ratings for Saturday, conclude that Boxing won the Night. NBC's boxing coverage was number one with adults 18-49.
Adults 18-49: Rating/Share NBC = 1.0/3 (Boxing's rating/share).
ABC = 0.7/2.
CBS = 0.5/2.
FOX = 0.4/2.
NBC's Premier Boxing Champions - Live (8:30-11PM) scored massive... bringing in 3.13 million viewers! And that number may even get bigger because due to the nature of live sports coverage, ratings are preliminary and may increse in the final tally of the ratings.
It was a great night for boxing which returned to prime time for the first time in 30 years. Boxing and NBC were the clear winners.
