By now you've heard or read that ticket prices to the Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao boxing battle at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, will range from $1,500 to $7,500 (and that's before resellers get their hands on them). With such high prices, who really can afford to go? Most of us will watch this at home on Pay-Per-View.
So if the tickets to the live show are expensive, how much should fans expect to bleed out of their pockets for the Pay-per-view?
Well that too is shaping up to be not so pretty.
According to boxing promoter Bob Arum, the suggested retail price of the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao PPV will be around $90 (and that's probably $100 for those of us who want to watch it in HD)
