How much will the Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao Pay-per-view (PPV) set you back? Plain and simple, a lot! In fact, as you probably assumed, it will be a record breaking price - and it is! As we first reported here at DoghouseBoxing, fans can expect to pay around $100 for a PPV stream in HD (high definition).
Now more reports are confirming what we have already reports. In a report by The Wall Street Journal, the May 2nd Mayweather vs. Pacquiao PPV will be retail for $99 for a high-definition feed. Without HD, fans can expect $89 for standard definition (SD).
These prices are record breakers. The previous record was $74.95 for HD and $64.95 for SD.
Save your pennies, thee guys are getting a lot of money and are making sure it comes out of your pocket.
