Against what may be considered popular belief, Boxing promoter Bob Arum feels most Americans will be rooting not for Floyd Mayweather Jr., but Manny Pacquiao. And why is that? Read on...
In a recent interview with Sky Sports News HQ, Arum told the media publication: "Most Americans you would think would be rooting for Mayweather, but the contrast is true."
Arum went on to add: "The majority of the American population is rooting for Manny."
Arum feels the way Mayweather brags about his cars, money and material assets is a turn off to fans, whereas Pacquiao is dedicated to his Christian beliefs, and being an all round good person.
