According to late breaking media reports out of Argentina, boxing star Marcos Maidana has been taken to a Hospital after being the passenger in a car crash being described as serious.
What is being reported at this time is that Maidana was involved in a crash in which the vehicle he was riding in, over turned.
Maidana reportedly has suffered to injuries to his chest region, but is expected to be released from the hospital with non threatening or serious injures. Doctors had an MRI performed on Maidana. The good news in all this is Maidana is reportedly in good condition and Doctors will be keep him overnight in the hospital for precautionary reasons.
The accident occurred near a town in Argentina called Avellaneda.
