Floyd Mayweather Jr. has not decided if he will appeal the decision made by the WBO to strip him of his title. However, should he choose to appeal (which seems unlikely), team Mayweather is confident they have the best lawyer to deal with the issue.
Quoted by ESPN, Leonard Ellerbe, the CEO of Mayweather Promotions, warned should they need to take matters further, they have the best lawyer in the game.
In regards to "Money| Mayweather Jr. being stripped of his title,
Ellerbe told the publication: "We have the best attorney in the game, John Hornewer, and we are fully aware of what our rights are."
Ellerbe went on to add: "Floyd will decide what he wants to do."
