With Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr. announcing he is fighting Marcos Maidana in a rematch this coming Sept. 13 (at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, live on SHOWTIME PPV), it was only a matter of time before we'd find out who Manny Pacquiao would be facing next.
"Everything is done," said Top Rank Promoter, Bob Arum who late Tuesday confirmed to reporters that Pacquiao's next fight will be against Chris Algieri.
Regarding the battle (Pacquiao vs. Algieri) set for Nov. 22,
Arum stated: "Pacquiao is on board".
