Victor Ortiz was arrested and released on bail over the weekend. This, according to various media outlets.
According to reports,
Ortiz, along with his brother were attending a concert that featured Chesney and Jason Aldean. At the concert, which went down at the Rose Bowl on Saturday night, Ortiz and his brother reportedly got into a verbal confrontation with another male concert-goer.
From the verbal conflict, things got more heated and eventually became physical. It is alleged that the victim while on the ground was kicked by Ortiz.
Reports further indicate that Police arrested Ortiz and his brother. For using his foot in the assault, Ortiz was reportedly booked for
felony assault using a deadly weapon (his foot).
Ortiz was later released on $30k bail.
"Vicious" Victor Ortiz is an American professional boxer and film actor of Mexican descent. He is a former WBC Welterweight Champion.
