In Jeff Powell's (Daily Mail) latest updated Top 10 UK pound for pound best in boxing list, Carl Froch sits in the top spot. Amir Khan takes the 2nd spot, while his rival, Kell Brook takes in 3rd.

4th place is awarded to Carl Frampton, and rounding off the top 5 is James DeGale.

6th place goes to George Groves, with Scott Quigg taking the 7th spot on the list.

Ola Afolabi takes 8th, Martin Murray is ranked 9th and the final spot, 10, is taken by Jamie McDonnell.
