Manny Pacquiao speaks on his Return Date to Boxing Ring

There has been rampant speculation (mostly rumors) on when Manny Pacquiao will make his return to the boxing ring. Some reports have pinned Pacman's return as early as sometime in April, but according to Manny Pacquiao himself, that is certainly not the case.
Recently quoted by Filipino media (Manila examiner), Pacquiao spoke out on his return and urged fans to stay patient. "Tell them (boxing fans) to be patient. Bob Arum [Pacman's promoter) and myself have been talking and will continue talking."
Regarding when he'd return to the ring, Pacquiao put the kibosh down once and for all on the April return date and stressed that fans should expect him back in September. "What is definite is they'll see me fight again come September," Pacquiao said to the publication, adding: "Not April nor immediately after that as speculations are going."
Pacquiao added that he wanted the public to know it wouldn't be long before he made his return and made them happy again
Tell the public that it won't be long before I make them happy again.
