Although Roger Mayweather feels his fighter, Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr. will need some tune-ups before he faces Manny Pacquiao, he still feels Mayweather Jr. is the best fighter on the planet. This obviously should come as no surprise.

Quoted recently by the Examiner, Roger stated: "Floyd is the greatest fighter out there, period."
