Floyd "Money" Mayweather will not fight Manny Pacquiao unless he knows for sure that he is not taking any performance enhancing drugs or steroids. The only way for "Money" Mayweather is olympic style drug testing.

In his latest interview with FightHype, "Money" Mayweather once again reaffirmed his position.

Mayweather stated to the website: "It's just, if I fight a fighter, I want to make sure that fighter is 100% all-pure and all-natural."
