Is Manny Pacquiao on steroids or drugs? Most of us believe he is not, and none of this would have ever been an issue, expect for that fact that just about every time Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr. opens his mouth on Pacquiao... he often insinuates that Pacquiao should take strict drug and blood testing to prove he is on the up and up.
In a recent interview with FightHype, once again Mayweather stopped short of calling Pacquiao an outright cheater.
Mayweather stated: "I'm not saying that Manny Pacquiao is cheating."
Mayweather went on to add that he wants any fighter, not just Pacquiao to take random urine and blood samples to prove they are not taking any illegal performance enhancing drugs or steroids before stepping in the ring with them. .
