By Johnny Benz, Doghouse Boxing - Is Manny Pacquiao out of shape or in shape ahead of his November 12th clash with Juan Manuel Marquez? It's a legitimate question, especially for any boxing fan who might be interested in knowing all details, including one as important as the shape your fighter is in leading up to a fight. Well if you are wondering, all you need to do is take a look at this recent picture on this page and judge for yourself if the Filipino Icon is in shape or not.

Did you come to the same conclusion as I did? Hell yeah he is in shape! Considering we usually see Pacquiao with a smile from ear to ear... look how mean and menacing his face looks, let alone his body! If he doesn't look serious, then buddy... you don't know what serious is! Talking about the shape he is in... there ain't an ounce of fat or flab on the man. It's toned muscle everywhere. Not too bulky and looks like Freddie Roach (Pacquiao's trainer) has created a monster built for super speed and thunderous power.

Judging by this photo, which was taken yesterday at a media workout at Freddie Roach's Wildcard Boxing Club, Juan Manuel Marquez is going to be facing off against fully and completely prepared Pacman!

It's an old cliche that a picture is worth a thousand words, but "Holly Sh!t" are the only two words I need.
