Oscar De La Hoya's Lawyer on latest Sex Scandal

By Johnny Benz, Doghouse Boxing - Court battles are never pretty. The fight over allegations levied at Oscar De La Hoya by Angelica Marie Cecora is already turning out to be one heated fight. In the latest reports (first circulated by the New York Post), De La Hoya's lawyer, Judd Burstein labelled Cecora as “a prostitute and a grifter”.

If you are not familiar with Burstein, he is phenomenal and definitely one of the best lawyers around, period. I believe Cecora's legal team (whether she is telling the truth or not) will have their work cut out for them as they go up against Burstein.

Burstein also called the case against his client “a disgrace.”

Cecora is accusing De La Hoya of a lot of things. Things such as false imprisonment and emotional distress. She is further claiming assault and battery. Her allegations come after an alleged wild night of sex, drugs and a cross-dressing tirade. She claims these things happened on March 15th of this year.
