Roy Jones Jr's next Opponent Confirmed

According to a report out by Dan Rafael for ESPN, Roy Jones Jr's next opponent has been confirmed. ESPN reports that Jones Jr. will indeed fight in his hometown of Pensacola, Fla., and his next challenge will come against Omar Sheika. The fight will take place on March 21st the Pensacola Civic Center and will be fought at light heavyweight.

John Wirt, the CEO for Jones Jr's promotional company, Square Ring, confirmed to ESPN the deal was done. Wirt tells ESPN: "We've done a deal with Sheika."

Wirt went on to add: "I think it's a great fight for Roy and we're excited to be able to do it in his hometown. I know Roy is excited to bring a quality event to Pensacola.".
