Nonito "Flash" Donaire had a great a year, but in terms of popularity, star power and drawing power when compared to Manny Pacquiao, Boxing promoter under the Top Rank banner, Bob Arum who handles both fighters says: "Nonito Donaire certainly hasn't become the draw that Manny Pacquiao is, but hopefully he will be."
