By Johnny Benz, Doghouse Boxing. - Imagine being a mere 17 years of age and being able to buy a brand new BMW series 6 convertible with your first pay check? Life would be good! That is exactly the kind of purchase Boxing's Amir Khan did with his first big pay from the sport.

In a recent fashion interview with GQ.com (the British division of the publication), Amir Khan spoke out on what kind of things he bought with his first big pay from the sport.

Khan stated: "I dropped it on a car I really wanted: a BMW series 6 convertible. I think I was only 17, I had only just passed my driving test. I've also bought a nice white Range Rover.

Now a Range Rover is super nice, but man that drop-top BMW 6 Series (BMW model: 630i) is one sweet ride. Can't blame him... what 17 year old wouldn't be seduced by such a car? (Or any nice car nonetheless).

It wasn't soon before Khan put the brakes on his car buying spree and made an investment in a home.

Khan added to the publication: "When I got another big pay cheque I bought a house with a swimming pool. I work so hard I like to treat myself now and then."
