By Johnny Benz, Doghouse Boxing.Adrien Broner wants to clarify that he meant no disrespect to Floyd Mayweather Jr. in a reason statement posted on Ring TV.
Broner had stated that at his age of 23, he would have beaten a 23 year old Mayweather.
Broner was back on Ring to clarify his statement. "Floyd is my motherf@#kng man. That's who I look up to, said Broner.
Broner
went on to add: "When he fights, I root for him, and when I fight, he
roots for me. No disrespect to Floyd. We're in different eras. You know,
I'm in the modern era, and he's got his own era. We're both superstars.
We're never going to fight." .
