By Johnny Benz, Doghouse Boxing.It looks like Andre Ward vs. Kelly Pavlik is on the works. According
to a report out by ESPN, both sides of the negotiating table are trying
to hammer out a deal that could see Ward vs. Pavlik as early as
February 23 of next year on HBO.
Regarding negotiations between his side (Ward) and Pavlik's, Dan Goossen told Espn: "Yes, I am in talks with Top Rank." Unfortunately Goossen would not divulged any further information aside from confirming negotiations.
Regarding a Ward vs. Pavlik fight, TOP Rank Promoter Bob Arum stated to Espn: "It's a fight we're certainly interested in."
