By Johnny Benz, Doghouse Boxing. Who are the top 5 ranked Welterweights, 147 lbs., in Boxing? And where does Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao rank on the list? Recently Ring Magazine posted their updated list. If you thought Mayweather Jr. would top the list... think again. Sitting on top of the list ranked as number one is Manny Pacquiao. His ultimate nemesis, Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr. takes the second spot.

Kell Brook enjoys the 3rd place on the list. Brook is followed by Brooklynite, Paulie Malignaggi in 4th.
