By Johnny Benz, Doghouse Boxing. When Manny Pacquiao hit the canvas at the end of round 6 in his fight with Juan Manuel Marquez, one had to wonder just how badly Pacquiao was hurt? Thankfully, Pacquiao not only got up, but he shrugged off the effects of the brutal knockout rather quickly.

Pacquiao, who was recently quoted by USA Today, spoke out on what he remembers of the knockout. "I remember (hitting the canvas). My head dropped... boom!" stated Pacquiao, adding: "But I feel good."

Although Pacquiao feels it was a lucky punch, he still gives Marquez credit for the victory. "He just got lucky with that one punch. It made good impact because my face was going forward - it was all timing," stated Pacquiao to the publication, adding: "He threw the punch without looking; he was surprised (it landed). But give him credit.''
