Manny Pacquiao vs Floyd Mayweather Jr is a "Sugar" Coated Dream!

After this weekends excellent showing by Manny Pacquiao in his 12 round unanimous decision over Joshua Clottey at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, it almost seems natural to start once again looking at the possibility of "Money" vs. "Pacman". And while it seems like a good time to once again start our wishful dreaming, no one should over look "Sugar" Shane Mosley.

"Sugar" Shane takes on Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr. on May 1st, and as much as I actually enjoyed Pacquiao's
one sided and pure dominating affair against Clottey, I have absolutely no doubt that "Money" vs. "Sugar" is going to be a much better battle.

I think most of us understand that "Sugar" Shane is a solid fighter with amazing technical skills and certainly is one of the more elite fighters in the game. He turned back the clock in early 2009 with his 9th round TKO of Antonio Margarito (a fight in which he was a 6-1 underdog).

There is a good chance that we could still get a Mayweather vs Pacquiao match up, but obviously Mosley is going to do everything he possibly can to stop that from happening.

So in regards to "Pacman" Pacquiao vs. "Money" Mayweather... for now, let none of us be under any illusions or forget that this dream is "Sugar" coated, and until May 1st is over... all bets are off!
