I am very pleased to report that Bernard Hopkins who was admitted to Hospital shortly after defeating Roy Jones Jr, by unanimous decision on Saturday night, is doing fine. Hopkins was released from the Hospital early Sunday.

Hopkins was admitted to the University Medical Center for observations. He had complained about his vision due to a punch to the back of his head that he got in the fight with Jones Jr. During his visit at the Hospital, Hopkins received a CAT scan. The CAT scan didn't show anything that should worry Hopkins.

Hopkins is doing fine and Doctors have ruled he is healthy. In regards to concern from fans for his health, Hopkins stated: "I appreciate the concerns from all of my fans and I want to let them know that I am alright and glad to be home."
