Boxing Result: Audley Harrison snatches win over Michael Sprott - Audley and Sprott Speak after Fight

On Friday at the Alexander Palace in London, Audley Harrison defeated Michael Sprott in what can only be described as last minute shocker. In the final round of their fight, Harrison knocked out Sprott to lift the vacant European Heavyweight Championship belt.

According to reports from ringside, Sprott was on his way to winning the fight on points before he was hit from a left handed punch that knocked him out.

After losing to Harrison, Sprott speaking to the media, stated: "That's heavyweight boxing for you. You can be miles ahead and it only takes one shot."

Harrison after the fight, stated: "It was a tough fight. I showed a lot of heart in there tonight."

With the victory, Harrison's professional record now improves to 27-4, 20 KO, while Sprott's record drops 32-15, 17 KO.
