Freddie Roach believes he knows who will be the next "Manny Pacquiao" in Boxing, and that's another one of his own pupils, Amir Khan. Roach will not say it too often, but he envisions that Khan will be his next Manny.

In regards to people comparing Khan to Pacquiao, Roach speaking during the tour leading up to Khan vs Paulie Malignaggi, stated: "That's who people compare him to. In Vancouver, my friend who owns the gym said 'Freddie, that's your next Manny'. I said 'I know'. Roach went on to add: "People tell me that and I envision that but I don't say it too often."

Amir Khan who has a professional record of 22-1, takes on Paul Malignaggi, who has a professional record of 27-3, this coming Saturday at the Theatre, Madison Square Garden in New York.

The fight will be shown on HBO. Check your local cable TV provider or satellite dish receiver for more details, such as start times in your region.
