In his latest column for The Sun Uk, Boxing Promoter Frank Warren took some time to speak out on Amir Khan. Khan takes on Paulie Malignaggi tonight on HBO. Warren use to be Khan's Boxing promoter until Khan spilt to go work with Oscar De La Hoya's Promotional company, Golden Boy Promotions.

Warren who always writes a decent and interesting column for The Sun, is shocked and dissappointed over recent quotes he read attributed to Khan. Warren, read that Amir said He couldn't get him big fights.

In regards to Khan's claims that Warren could not land him big fights, Warren writes in his latest column: "Having read that quote, I was surprised... and disappointed... to read elsewhere that Amir said I couldn't get him big fights."

Warren confided in his latest column that he had negotiated 3 fights with top fighters before the spilt. Warren went on to write: "Khan added he was getting tougher opponents under De La Hoya. Perhaps he didn't read the letters I sent his father outlining fights I had negotiated for him with Devon Alexander, Timothy Bradley and Marcos Maidana. All, by the way, are more credible opponents than Malignaggi and Khan could have fought any one of them in the States or here."

I always enjoy reading Warren's columns for the Sun UK. He never holds back punches and shoots straight from the hip.
