On Saturday night at Casino City Center, in Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina, Pablo Oscar Natalio Farias (AKA Pokemon) scored a unanimous decision over Oscar Daniel Veliz. With the victory that was fought over 12 rounds, Farias retained the WBO Latino super middleweight championship.

Judges at ringside scored the fight in favor of Farias (Pokemon) with scores of 119-115, 118.5-115, and 116.5-114. According to reports from ringside, Farias control the early rounds, building on the scorecards. Veliz gave a
spirited challenge and came on stronger on the latter rounds.

With the victory, Pokemon's professional record improves to 15-0, 10 knockouts. Veliz' professional record drops to 28-16-2.
