Oscar De La Hoya on Who Manny Pacquiao Fears!
By Johnny Benz, Benz Report for Doghouse Boxing (June 18, 2009)
It looks like Bob Arum is fully content on pitting Manny Pacquiao against Miguel Cotto on November 14th. The fight is not a done deal yet, and if it was up to Oscar De La Hoya, he'd have Shane Mosley face Pacquiao first.

Speaking to ESPN, Oscar De La Hoya stated he doesn't want to take anything away from Cotto, but believes Mosley is the most fear fighter on the planet. Quoted by ESPN, De La Hoya stated: “We don’t want to take anything away from Cotto because he’s a great fighter, but Shane Mosley is now heading into that place as the most
feared fighter on the planet. People don’t want to fight him, especially Pacquiao.”

De La Hoya added that Cotto has it hard trying to make 147 lbs and Mosley is willing to come down in weight to face Pacquiao, something he says Cotto is not willing to do.
