Floyd Mayweather Jr speaks on how the UFC stole Boxing's Blueprint

During a recent interview with CBS Sports, Floyd Mayweather Jr discussed his upcoming fight with Juan Manuel Marquez set for September 19. During the interview Floyd Mayweather Jr. also had plently to say about MMA (UFC).

Floyd Mayweather Jr. discussed his popularity as opposed to MMA fighters in the UFC, stating: "I do not know any fighter in MMA that has generated a total revenue in two fights, that only lasted a total of 1 hour, that brought in a total revenue of $250 million dollars. They are not even on my level at all!"

Floyd Mayweather Jr. also had something very interesting to say about how the UFC stole boxing's blue print. "In Boxing you must be running 8 or 9 miles... you must be able to box not 5 rounds, but 12 rounds. It use to be 15 rounds, so now they (UFC) have rounds, now they have Judges, now they have cut men... So once again MMA has stolen Boxing's blueprint and tried to run with it," said Mayweather Jr..
