Undisputed Champion Network, A Global Digital Entertainment Channel Dedicated to Boxing, Launches Today in Association with TV4 Entertainment

Network Vows to be Comprehensive, Independent, and Opinionated

Los Angeles, CA (July 11, 2014) – Undisputed Champion Network (UCN), a digital entertainment website and video channel dedicated to the art and science of boxing, launches today, bringing fans news, analysis and original programs from boxing’s greatest minds and fighters. Aimed at being the undisputed global leader in boxing coverage and entertainment, UCN (www.UCNLive.com) will showcase the past, present, and future of the wide world of boxing, inside and outside of the ropes, with boxing’s top television/film producers, journalists, and commentators contributing to original content and programs, documentary series, and broadcasts of classic fights.

The editorial team is anchored by Steve Kim, one of boxing’s top journalists, and includes Carlos Acevedo, Marty Mulcahey, Billy Tibbs, Michael Baca, Martin Wade, and Coyote Duran. Boxing legends Al Bernstein and Former Middleweight Champion Ray “Boom Boom” Mancini will contribute to the network, which will also include original content from The Boxing Channel.

UCN is a joint venture from TV4 Entertainment and UCN Productions, LLC, founded by two dedicated boxing enthusiasts and accomplished entertainment producers, Damon Bingham and Art Horan. UCN launches with a news website and YouTube channel, and will expand into a video network featuring original series, classic fights, and boxing documentaries carried across TV4 Entertainment’s distribution network. UCN will reach over 75 million United States households, 150 million unique viewers and over 300 million devices through TV4’s distribution network, which includes Hulu, Hulu Plus, Amazon, Google/YouTube, Roku, Net2TV, along with UCNLive.com, which will feature video, text, photos, and audio focused on boxing.

Original content, which will begin to debut on UCN over the summer, includes:

• Gloves Off – A Pardon The Interruption­-style face-off between Boxing Hall of Famer and former Lightweight Champion Ray “Boom Boom” Mancini and Steve Kim.

• Standing 8 Count – An outlet for fans to sound off their opinions on what’s going on in the boxing world.

• The Gym Series – A series that takes a look at some of the world’s most notable boxing gyms.

• Who Is – A short documentary series that profiles some of boxing’s most interesting personalities.
