Golovkin-Murray press conference OFF due to unresolved visa issues. Visa delay prevents world middleweight champion's arrival in the UK.
Press conference will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
LONDON (2 DEC) Hennessy Sports regret to inform that tomorrow's (December 3) planned press conference at the Hotel Cafe Royal has had to again be postponed due to Gennady Golovkin's unresolved visa issues.
The press conference to officially announce Golovkin's WBA Super world middleweight title fight with St. Helens' Martin Murray, live on Channel 5, was first due to take place today (December 2), but the champion's visa was delayed and this caused an initial postponement.
Unfortunately, these unresolved issues have resulted in a second postponement.
Hennessy Sports, Golden Gloves and GGG and K2 Promotions would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused, and together they will strive to reschedule the Golovkin vs. Murray as soon as possible.
