Briggs vs. Koval February 25!
Chapman vs. Connelly Tops Undercard

Rising WBC #8, WBO #10 and IBF #13 heavyweight contender, Shannon “Brooklyn” Briggs’, 45-4-1 (39 KOs), fight for the NABA and USBA Heavyweight Championships against Chris “Special K” Koval, 23-2 (18 KOs), is being moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on February 25.

Originally slated for January 27, an ankle injury suffered last week by Briggs forced the rescheduling.

The former linear heavyweight champion Briggs has re-emerged as a serious contender after reeling off 10 straight knockout victories, including his sixteen-second demolition of formerly undefeated Luciano Zolyone in his last fight. The impressive victory over Zolyone earned Briggs the WBC Fecarbox Heavyweight Title.

Additionally, if all goes according to plan, also appearing that night will be power punching heavyweight prospect JD “The Natural” Chapman, 19-0 (17 KOs), who will face fellow Arkansas native Tommy "Concrete" Connelly, 15-7 (11 KOs), in a twelve-round showdown. Chapman must first win his February 4 fight at the Pope County Fairgrounds in Russellville, Arkansas against Marvin Hill for the NABC and Arkansas State Heavyweight Titles.

Promoter CKrush Sports and manager Scott Hirsch are hard at work finalizing the details.
