Urbano Antillon vs Miguel Acosta

Antillon (26-0, 19 KOs), a native of Mexico who fights out of Maywood, is deep into training for his World Boxing Association (WBA) interim lightweight title challenge against Top-10 contender Miguel “Aguacerito” Acosta (25-9-2, 19 KOs). Antillon has won his last nine bouts by knockout while Acosta enters this fight riding a five-year, 16-bout winning streak 11 by knockout.
The Antillon-Acosta world title fight is one of four main event bouts headlining “Latin Fury 10” the world championship extravaganza. “Latin Fury 10,” which takes place Saturday, July 25, will also feature undefeated Top-Five super welterweight contender and son of the legend, Julio Cesar Chavez, Jr., of Mexico, in a 10-round super welterweight rumble with Jason “The Hammer” Lehoullier, from Portland, ME; WBA light flyweight champion Giovani Segura, of Mexico, defending his title against Filipino fireball Sonny Boy Jaro; and World Boxing Organization (WBO) Latino junior bantamweight champion Alberto Rosas, of Mexico, battling Alejandro Martinez, of Costa Rica, in a 12-round title bout.
