Paul Spadafora Arrested and
Charged for urinating in Public

Paul Spadafora has been arrested and charged for being intoxicated and caught in the lewdness act of urinating openly in public.
At about 3:30 am Friday morning Police charged Paul Spadafora after they spotted him urinating at the corner of Grant Street and Liberty Avenue in Downtown Pittsburgh. The police report on Spadafora indicates, "slurred speech and a strong odor of alcoholic beverages about his person."
Spadafora was taken to the Allegheny County Jail and was then released Friday afternoon. A hearing has been scheduled for November 3. If Paul is found guilty of being publically intoxicated he faces a maximum fine of $300 and 90 days. Urinating in public however is a crime which has a maximum penalty of up to one year in jail.
