It was announced on Sunday by Top Rank that headliner Julio Cesar Chavez, Jr. has withdrawn from the upcoming "Latin Fury 10" PPV.

The son of the legend cited a rib injury in training camp suffered last Wednesday in Big Bear, CA, as the official reason of withdrawal.

In the wake of Chavez's injury the execs at Top Rank and Zanfer Promotions have decided to go on with the rest of the event this Saturday, July 25th, which will be held in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico.

The show will now be feature the undefeated Urbano Antillon (26-0, 19 KOs) battling world rated contender Miguel "Aguacerito" Acosta (25-9-2, 19 KOs) for the vacant WBA interim lightweight title.

In the co-feature bout of the evening WBA jr. flyweight king Giovani Segura (20-1-1, 16 KOs) will defend his title against the Filipino native, Sonny Boy Jaro (30-7-5, 19 KOs).

In what will most likely be the televised opener, WBO jr. bantamweight title holder Alberto "El Topo" Rosas (29-5, 25 KOs) of Sonora, Mexico will put his title on the line against the Costa Rican Alejando Martinez (16-1-1, 11 KOs) in a twelve round bout.

The Top Rank produced and distributed Pay-Per-View event will be broadcast live this Saturday, July 25, at 9 p.m ET/ 6 p.m PT.
