UFC 129 as predicted turned out to be one hot event at the Rogers Center in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Shortly after the fight, Doghouse Boxing caught up with long time friend, Bruce Buffer, the voice of the UFC's Octogan.
Buffer was on a plane heading home back to Los Angeles, but answered a few questions for us (Thanks to his PDA device).
Doghouse Boxing: Bruce, what did you think of Toronto and the UFC fans from Canada that attended UFC 129?
Bruce Buffer: An amazing and historic event for all in the most populated city in Canada, which is home to the most rabid UFC fans per ratio n the world... I love traveling Canada and meeting the fans here... Thank you to all for your support to all of us at the UFC!
DHB: Anything that surprised you about Toronto?
BB: No as I've traveled Canada many times and always enjoy your hospitality, cleanliness, great dining and tourism and of course the beautiful Canadian Girls with no attitude, as all so refreshing!
DHB: What did you think of the Card? Any Surprises?
BB: Solid and very exciting card with awesome fights, KO's, drama and performances by UFC fighters displaying true "Warrior Spirit"!
DHB: Anything you'd like to add?
BB: I am so happy and honored by the constant support, courtesy and friendship I receive from all I meet in Canada... I've said it once and I will say it again... "I have yet to meet a rude Canadian!". Always awesome to travel your wonderful country!
Cheers to All!
