"I was not intrigued by the fight. I saw what I expected to see. I was not surprised, I knew sooner or later he (Gennady Golovkin) was going to knock him (Marco Antonio Rubio) out. I knew it was going to be a knockout," says Rulsan Provodnikov who was at ringside this weekend and spoke to Radio Rahim in this new video Q&A. (Video is embedded to the left.)
Ruslan did have strong praise for GGG, telling Rahim: "Golovkin is a top level fighter - he takes people apart and he's the best (at it)."
