Was "Sugar" Ray Leonard a better fighter than Manny Pacquiao or Floyd Mayweather Jr? In this new video interview, long time ESPN analyst and legendary boxing trainer, Teddy Atlas says "yes" - not to take anything from either Pacman or Money, but "Sugar" was better.
