Regarding Mayweather vs. Andre Berto, Garcia states: "I don't think Berto has earned it, but Mayweather can fight anybody."
Regarding promoter Bob Arum, Garcia would like the promoter to step aside and let Brandon Rios fight Floyd Mayweather. Garcia says: "Step aside and let Brandon fight Mayweather. I think that fight would sell more than Mayweather against Andre Berto."
