This bout is a case of two skilled competitors who have had their share of highs as well as lows. I think Khan will be the more aggressive of the pair, while Alexander, per the usual will look to pick and time his shots.
That being said, Devon doesn’t have the power to make Amir think twice about his tactics.
Khan will look to cut off the ring and move in so that he doesn’t get caught up in a chess match. Such an approach is what allowed his St. Louis opponent to top heavy hitters such as Marcos Maidana.
If the Khan of old shows up in Las Vegas, then I’d say he has what it takes to control the contest and make things go his way. If he doesn’t, then look for Devon to set the trap for the Bolton man and lure him into a long, drawn out chess match.
Final Prediction:
Khan Pts 12
Marc Livitz
Austin, TX.
