Wladimir Klitschko has pulled out of his IBF/WBO and IBO heavyweight title fight against Dereck Chisora, scheduled for Mannheim, Germany on Saturday night.

The Ukrainian champion was forced to pull out just three days before facing the British champion after tearing a muscle in his back earlier today.

His American adviser Shelley Finkel confirmed Klitschko is expected to be out of action for at least two months.

"Wladimir has withdrawn from the fight, that is correct. He has torn a muscle in his back," Finkel confirmed.

"It is not too serious though. He should be able to fight again within 60 days."

Chisora’s promoter Frank Warren is already negotiating to re-arrange the fight.
