Regarding his views on Manny Pacquiao, Garcia stated: "Pacquiao could still fight for another two years. He fought (Floyd) Mayweather, he made a lot of money, of course they had to make that fight." Garcia goes on to add: "He (Pacquiao) doesn't have to take chances. There's a lot of fighters out there where he could fight, fighting twice a year for two years, it adds up." Garcia cautions that Pacquiao should take it easy: "I'd just protect him and get him those fights that aren't going to be too risky." In another fight Garcia would like to see, Sergey Kovalev vs. Andre Ward, Garcia had this to say: "Kovalav maybe against Andre Ward. Kovalev is a monster, man.
