Regarding Matthysse vs. Postol, Roach states: "It's a great fight. My guy is the new guy on the block coming up. He's got a good, tough guy in front of him. It's not an easy fight by any means." Regarding the game plan in place for this fight, Roach states: "He (Matthysse) has good power. We can't stay on the ropes, we have to box. I think he (Postol) can knock him out in the late rounds, but we do have to fight a very calculated early fight and break him down."
