It was something that I picked up a little late, but I have always been interested in being a boxer, I liked it when I was younger and it came to me a little later.

BH: Who are some of the fighters you looked up to or try to emulate in the ring?

AJ:
As far as a jab Larry Holmes, the movement, Ali and a few other fighters.

BH: For the ones who may not have seen you fight, how would you describe your style and greatest strengths?

AJ:
A boxer puncher, my greatest strength is my movement. I am a relaxed fighter.

BH: How is it working under the Golden Boy banner?

AJ:
It is going good, it started off my first year was slow, but it has picked up and I am looking forward to a good year with them. I am stepping up in competition, so far so good I have no complaints.

BH; What has been the hardest aspect of being a boxer?

Dealing with the family life and trying to box at the same time, I have a busy schedule, it takes a lot of dedication.

No because each fighter makes another fighter fight differently, my style may make him fight different. I will get him in there and feel him out in the first round and see what he brings to the table.

AJ:
Go world wide, get in the top twenty and hopefully get a fringe title, and move up.
