By John J. Raspanti, Doghouse Boxing: Floyd “Money” Mayweather (42-0, 26 KOs) is contemplating retirement. But Mayweather,35, has something up his sleeve, like five more fights. Happily for boxing fans the "Pacman" is one of the five.

"Money" faces Miguel Cotto (37-2, 30 KOs) May 5 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Three weeks later he reports to the Clark County Detention Center to begin serving time for a domestic abuse charge.

“Safe to say, probably fight this one (with Cotto), plus five more. And of course, I’m probably not looking to fight six strong champions,” Mayweather told David Mayo of the Grand Rapids Press. “I’m a lot older now, you know what I’m saying?”

Mayweather knocked out Victor Ortiz last September while Cotto served up some cold revenge on Antonio Margarito in December. The night of championship boxing also feature’s young gun Saul “Canelo” Alvarez taking on old pro Shane Mosley.
