DiBella Entertainment and Fight Promotions are bringing in three boxers from Brooklyn Friday night at Bally’s in Atlantic City over Showbox the Next Generation over Showtime featuring 8 solid matches with 52 rounds by matchmaker Felipe Gomez of New Legend Boxing.

The televised triple header will have Ukrainian middleweight Sergiy “The Technician” Derevyanchenko, 5-0 (4), all in the US and out of Brooklyn, with a 22-1 record in the World Series of Boxing against the much more experienced Elvin Ayala, 28-6-1, of New Haven, CT, winner of 8 of his last 9 fights with the last 2 fights opponents combined records of 38-1-1 in an 8 round bout. Also, Levgen “The Ukranian Lion” Kytrov, 10-0 (9), out of Brooklyn, with all fights in the US and a former Gold Medalist at the 2011 World Championships taking on Nick “Machine Gun” Brinson, 17-3-2 (7), of Rochester, NY, a two-time NY state champion over 8 rounds. A pair of unbeaten southpaw’s in Regis “Rougarou” Prograis, 14-0 (12), of Houston, TX, taking on Amos “Too Smooth” Cowart, 11-0-1 (9), of Groveland, FL, in a super lightweight 8 round bout.

Returning to the US in 2014 after leaving in 2005 losing one of the most disputed stoppages this writer has seen in the next to last round while well ahead on all 3 judge’s cards in NY and winner of 23 of his last 24 fights Avtandil “Tazman” Khurtsidze, 30-2-2 (19), out of the country of Georgia. He was fighting out of Philadelphia at the time of leaving while going back to Europe mostly fighting in the Ukraine. He is taking on Melvin Betancourt, 29-2 (23), of the Dominican Republic, over 8 rounds Returning to the ring after suffering his first defeat is middleweight Thomas “Cornflake” Lamanna, 16-1 (7), of Millville, NJ, in an re-match against Joshua Robertson, 7-8 (2), of Lynchburg, VA, over 8 rounds.

Hard hitting Philly heavyweight Joey “The Tank” Dawejko, 14-4-2 (7), meets Robert Dunton, 11-14-1 (6), of Wilmington, DE, over 8 rounds. Also from Philly lightweight Anthony Burgin, 8-1 (1), takes on Justin Johnson, 7-8-4 (0), of Pittsburgh, PA, over 6 rounds. Welterweight Noel Murphy, 2-0 (1), of Ireland, fighting out of Woodlawn, NY, meets Stacey Anderson, 0-2 (0), of DC, over 4 rounds.
